Reiki 2 (prerequisite: Reiki 1)

This is the level at which you are considered a “practitioner.” In Reiki 2 training and through continued practice you deepen your connection to Reiki energy. Learning symbols at this level enables you to focus the energy in certain ways. You will also be able to practice distance Reiki (sending energy) and will begin using your intuition to guide your sessions.

It is imperative that you practice after level 2 (there is at least a 6-month gap between level 2 training and Master-level training). As your experience grows, so will your intuition and confidence, and you will be able to give treatments comfortably to the public.

During this course you will receive second-level attunement and practice performing Reiki and the second-level symbols. Practice on self and others will continue after this course, and you will document your sessions and experiences.

No new manual (manual for level one contains information for level 2 also). Certificate will be issued on completion of course.

4 hours: Date and time to be decided by those participants in level 1 who wish to continue (level 2 training will be held approximately one month after level 1 training).

Cost: $175

Reiki Master/Teacher (prerequisites: Reiki levels 1 & 2 and permission from instructor)

Reiki Master/Teacher is the final level. You will learn further symbols and receive 2 attunements. As a Reiki Master/Teacher you can instruct and certify people in Reiki.

This course includes the Master/Teacher attunements, Master/Teacher symbols, and practice using the symbols and performing attunements. It is taken no sooner than 6 months after becoming a level 2 practitioner.

Includes manual and lunch. Certificate will be issued on completion of course.

6 hours: Date and time to be decided by those who wish to continue (will be held at least 6 months after level 2 training).

Cost: $300

Attunements

Reiki is transferred from Reiki Master/Teacher to student during an attunement process, a ceremony during which the initiate is seated quietly while the Master/Teacher performs the attunement. This creates a special link between the student and Reiki energy; once you are attuned, you will have Reiki for the remainder of your life. An email will be sent to students prior to the class to detail some simple things you can do to prepare for your attunement.

Ongoing support

You will be able to keep in touch with me by email and phone for advice or support for as long as you desire to do so. My aim is for you get the most that you can from Reiki.
Reiki Training & Certification

Usui Reiki is a beautiful Japanese healing system named after its founder,
Mikao Usui (he called it “The secret art of inviting happiness, the miraculous medicine of all diseases”). Anyone can learn Reiki, regardless of experience and background. Very easy to use, it is based on the following principles:

For today only:

Do not anger.
Do not worry.
Be filled with gratitude.
Devote yourself to your work.
Be kind to all people.

People experience Reiki in different ways, but the general benefits most often reported are that it helps with well-being and calmness, feeling more equipped to cope with the stresses of life, and feeling more balanced.

People from all walks of life love Reiki and are welcome to take the training.
If you practice another wellness modality or are in a helping field (massage therapist, yoga instructor, nurse, and so on) you will find that Reiki complements your life’s work beautifully.
