One-on-one mindfulness sessions are available for people who have completed a mindfulness or MBSR course. These sessions can help you to do the following:

1. Maintain a consistent mindfulness practice.
2. Set meditative goals (for on and off the cushion).
3. Incorporate meditation into your daily life.
4. Develop compassion for yourself and others.

You can have a session every week, come once a month, or check in when it feels right. Each session is $50/50 minutes.

Sessions are held at Riverside Wellness & Fitness Center-Peninsula (you do not need to be a member). Call Riverside at (757)875-7525, between 5am and 10pm from Monday-Friday, or between 7am and 8pm on Saturday and Sundays to make an appointment (please ask for an "individual mindfulness" appointment).
